Affiliate Program Policy and Agreement
Last updated: 21 September 2026
1. Overview
The First Aid Angel Affiliate Program lets approved partners earn commission by sharing referral links to our first-aid courses and learning resources. This document is both a policy and an agreement: by applying, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.
2. Eligibility
We may approve or decline any application at our discretion. To be eligible you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- Have a valid First Aid Angel account in good standing;
- Provide accurate name, contact and payment details;
- Operate a website, social channel, email list or audience that aligns with safe, lawful first-aid education;
- Not promote content that is illegal, misleading, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory.
3. How referrals work
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code (for example,?ref=your-code). When someone clicks your link, we store a first-party cookie and local-storage marker for up to 90 days. If that person purchases an eligible First Aid Angel course within that window, the purchase is credited to you.
Clicks and purchases are counted by our own records, which are final in case of dispute. Last-click attribution applies: if a visitor uses multiple affiliate links, the most recent click before purchase gets credit.
4. Commission
Commission rates are set when your application is approved and shown in your affiliate dashboard. Unless otherwise agreed, the default rate is 20% of the net course price paid (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment fees and discounts).
Commission figures shown in your dashboard are estimates. Final commission is calculated after the relevant refund window has closed and any chargebacks or fraud checks are complete.
5. Payments
Payouts are handled outside the app. We will contact approved affiliates by email to arrange payment method and minimum threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any tax or withholding obligations in your jurisdiction. We may ask for tax information or invoices before processing payment.
6. What you may and may not do
You may:
- Share your link on your own website, blog, social media, email newsletter or messaging channels;
- Use approved marketing assets we provide;
- Describe the courses truthfully, using our official names and factual outcomes.
You must not:
- Make medical, accreditation, employment or income guarantees we do not authorise;
- Use your own referral link to purchase courses for yourself, your business or family members;
- Run paid search or advertising that bids on our brand terms or typos;
- Send unsolicited email, spam, or messages to people who have not opted in;
- Place affiliate links on sites containing malware, illegal content, hate speech, harassment, adult content, or health misinformation;
- Cloak, redirect, frame, or obscure the destination of your referral links in a misleading way;
- Impersonate First Aid Angel, Streamline Direct, or any third party;
- Use bots, fake traffic, cookie-stuffing, or any technique that inflates clicks or purchases artificially.
7. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals
If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the corresponding commission will be reversed. Repeated reversal patterns may lead to suspension or termination.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your affiliate status immediately if you breach this agreement, generate invalid traffic, or otherwise harm the First Aid Angel brand. On termination, your links stop tracking and you must remove our branding and affiliate links from your channels.
9. Intellectual property
First Aid Angel logos, course names, marketing copy, and other brand assets are owned by Streamline Direct or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use approved assets solely to promote the program. All other rights are reserved.
10. Data and privacy
You must comply with all privacy laws that apply to you, including obtaining consent where required. You must not collect or share personal data of referred users beyond what your own site or channel already lawfully collects. See our Privacy Notice for how we process data.
11. Limitation of liability
The affiliate program is provided as-is. Streamline Direct is not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, or any indirect damages arising from participation. Our total liability is limited to commissions actually earned and confirmed in the 90 days before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update this agreement from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new last-updated date. Continued participation after changes means you accept the revised terms.
